During a Friday evening New Jersey Reagan Daydinner, keynote speaker Michael Reagan was asked if he had a favorite in the emerging field of Republican candidates for President.
While Reagan did not endorse any candidate and urged that whoever the nominee, Republicans should remember his father’s 80/20 rule. But before he mentioned his call for unity behindnominee in order to insure the defeat of President Obama, he stated;
“I’ll tell you who I would like to see enter the race. We have a dynamic leader in Florida who is a former Governor. Jeb Bush make a great candidate and his ability to appeal to and bring Latinos West of the Mississippi and Hispanics East of the Mississippi, is something which Republicans will need”
